A Powerful Course that will Transform your Life

at a London Oasis, the Barnes Wetland Centre

PLEASE REMEMBER TO SUSPEND YOUR DISBELIEF!
See Main Website
- We are serious about the line above! When you are considering this course, it is important to bear in mind that the workings of the universe, and all things, including ourselves, are based on vibration. We will start by showing you, in layman’s terms, how updates in scientific understanding confirm that our personal vibrational energy does have an effect on the greater workings of things. If you are aware enough to notice your belief system dismissing this statement, then you could regard this as amajor clue to where you are at!!!
- The first part of the life-change process is to realise that our thoughts and emotions really can have a limiting effect on our life outcomes, as well as the potential to manifest whatever we want, in terms of health, relationships, abundance and fulfilment. Yes that is a very big claim and we stand by it! It may be so much the case, that inbuilt limitations are hindering the realisation of our deepest desires and aspirations. Our feelings do not lie. Based on this we will also explain about the inbuilt monitor that indicates whether we are close to realising our goals and joys or actually bringing about the opposite.
- The day course is not just a taster. It should provide enough insight to help you start making major changes. We also offer week retreats, in beautiful relaxing holiday environments which are ideal nurturing spaces for accessing and tuning the inner energies of “feel-good” and manifestation. On the week retreats we will use time-revered techniques of yoga, (our own hybrid of “Life Change Yoga”, breath, sound and meditation
- While the course is not based on any religion or dogma, there is universal overlap with Ancient Wisdom and the traditions of indigenous peoples who have handed this wisdom down, in a way that our culture has not.
- Stuart Forster has been a student of life truth for over 40 years and offers you a distillation of sources and references that are now becoming mainstream in the global understanding of human potential. Stuart has lived on a desert island, away from city life styles, running holistic retreats for over a decade and has had the opportunity to embrace this wisdom into practical life. His passion is now co-operation with people who think and feel similarly and to find ways of setting up small groups in beautiful places to share what must be most important thing we can do; to make the most of our life, in the way we want it!

How to Find the Centre.
The London Wetland Centre is situated close to central London, on the banks of the River Thames in Barnes. It is easily accessible by private and public transport (viewQuickmap to see how you can get here), just a 10 minute bus ride from Hammersmith Tube station and close to both Barnes and Barnes Bridge stations (see below).
Address:
WWT London Wetland Centre
Queen Elizabeth's Walk
Barnes, London
SW13 9WT
T: 020 8409 4400
By bus
Hop on the number 283 bus direct to the centre from Hammersmith bus station (stand K).
Alternatively buses 33, 72 and 209 stop nearby (alight at the Red Lion stop, approximately 150 metres walk from the wetland centre). Please note: outside of opening hours (i.e. before 9.30am and after about 5.45pm) the 283 bus terminates nearby in Barnes, rather than coming directly into the centre.
By rail
Barnes rail station is just 25 minutes from Waterloo or 10 minutes from Clapham Junction. It is then a 15 minute walk to the wetland centre (or 5 minutes by buses 72 or 33). You can also alight at Barnes Bridge station then walk through Barnes village (about a 15 minute walk) or catch a 209 bus (alight at the bus stop opposite the Red Lion pub, which is approximately 150 metres from the Centre).
By tube
Hammersmith tube (on the Piccadilly and District & Circle Lines) is the nearest tube station. From here it is just a 10 minute bus ride (see ‘by bus’).
By coach
The centre has parking for nine large coaches. Parking is free for coaches bringing visitors to the centre, but places must be booked in advance. Drivers should note that coaches are not permitted to use Hammersmith Bridge.
By bike
The London Wetland Centre is situated on Sustrans Cycle Route 4, which includes access from the River Thames towpath. Cycling makes for an environmentally friendly and pleasant way to arrive at the centre and in addition to standard cycle racks there are fifty secure bike cages (please supply your own lock). Follow this link to the Sustrans National Cycle Network website for a location map and details of local cycle routes.
On foot
The centre is easily accessible from the River Thames towpath, situated on the south bank between Hammersmith Bridge and Putney (about 25 minutes walk from either location).
By car
There is ample free parking for visitors arriving by car, although where possible we would encourage our visitors to use more environmentally friendly forms of transport.
The centre is located just off the main A306 which runs from the South Circular at Roehampton (with easy access to the A3) to Hammersmith (just minutes from the A4/M4). Once in Barnes you can follow the brown tourist signs to the centre. The centre is situated outside the London Congestion Charging Zone.
